Art Therapy

October 6th, 2023
Art therapy is used most commonly to treat mental illnesses and can aid in controlling manifestations correlated with psychosocially challenging behaviors. It can slow cognitive decline, and enhance the quality of life. Art therapy can help people express themselves more freely, improve their mental health, and improve interpersonal relationships. The basis of art therapy is established on the idea that people can recover and feel better via artistic expression.

Madison held her quarterly marketing event this month with a paint-and-sip! The definition of “Sip and Paint” is how it sounds like; sipping on your favorite drink while painting your favorite picture. We followed along to a YouTube video and sipped on our favorite non-alcoholic beverages. We all made beautiful memories along with beautiful masterpieces! We hope you can join us next quarter for our Trunk or Treat!
