Highbanks Care Center Celebrates 100% Occupancy

All of us at Highbanks Care Center are honored and thrilled to share that we have reached our goal of 100% occupancy within our building! The leadership and staff members gathered this week to celebrate this outstanding achievement. Highbanks is a 56-bed skilled nursing facility in Columbus, Ohio, that offers short-term rehabilitation, memory care, and behavioral care. This means that we have the ability to serve 56 members of our community at any given time.



In June, we set a goal of hitting 100% occupancy by the fall. Reaching this goal is a testament to our ability to care for each resident and adhere to the Culture of Care standards that Foundations Health has set upon us. It is a reminder to our staff that we have the ability to be the change in our community, to make an impact, and a difference. It shows that the Culture of Care we've embodied and shared with our community is valued and cherished. This level of care is more than Nurses passing out medications; it includes much more. It starts with the cleanliness of the facility, the activities we have, and everything in between. Even including the warm, delicious meals our kitchen provides daily.

Our team should be very proud of themselves. Reaching 100% occupancy is a true reflection of the care they provide every resident at Highbanks Care Center. When great care is given, word spreads in the community, and the results are higher occupancy rates. We will continue to make a difference in our community, one resident at a time.
