Indoor Visitation Update

February 1, 2021
At this time, we will be allowing families inside for scheduled visitation. This includes general and compassionate care visits, as well as dining and activity opportunities. We understand how important it is for our residents to have quality time with their families and are doing everything we can to ensure that this can happen safely.

No visitation will be permitted unless scheduled with the staff in advance. We are allowing for 30 minute socially distanced visits for a maximum of two visitors per resident per visit. Face coverings and proper hand washing will be required upon entry. There will be a designated bathroom for visitors that will be cleaned and sanitized in between visits.

Dining and activities will not be available to families of residents who are positive for COVID-19 until after they have been medically cleared as recovered. If there are current positive cases in our facility, you may still participate in visitation if your loved one is negative for COVID-19 and has not come into contact with anyone who has tested positive.

We appreciate your support and understanding during this process as we try to navigate a safe yet fulfilling balance for everyone!

Please call Amanda Frazee, our Social Service Director, at 614.888.2021 to schedule your visit or if you have any questions.
